studio ONE is a 1300 square foot gorgeously lit naturally light photography studio and small event space for rent in the Highlands Ranch Area.
Will there be other photographers in the studio while I am there?
No! Unlike many studio rentals in south Denver, at studio ONE you get the space all to yourself.
What about the furniture?
It is all there for you, so please us it.
Is there access to lighting equipment?
No. studio ONE is a natural light studio with a wall of windows letting the sun stream in all hours of the day. You are welcome to bring in your own lighting or reflectors.
Location
We are located on the second floor of our building which allows for no street traffic or lookie-loos when shooting any boudoir sessions.
Tour
We'd love to show you around! Just contact us and we will set up a tour.
Small events
We would love to host your styled shoots, workshops or any other small creative event would like to host, the creative sky is the limit.
What if I go over my hour?
You will be charged if you go over your scheduled timeframe. So please take into consideration while booking that you leave yourself enough time for meeting with clients, cleaning up, etc. It might be helpful to book an extra half hour
Is there a client meeting room?
Yes. There is a wonderful space that will allow for client meetings and consultations. Also we have a kitchenette with a coffee bar.
